This Control System has Various features Including Safe Landing, Auto Rescue device, Over Load Detection and Fire Mode.
This Features in the Control System ensures user Confidence during Break Down, Power Failures, Fire Switch Activation and also ensure Safety of User and Equipment by not allowing the Usage of Elevator in the Overload modes, Fire modes, etc

Roller Guide Shoe

Traditional Systems use Sliding Guide Shoes to Keep Guiding the Lift during the Travel.
We Offer High End Spring Loaded Poly Urethane Coated Roller Guide Shoes with Sealed for life bearing ensures great Travel Experience, Ends the Need for Lubrication of the rail Guides. Thereby reducing the Oil usage and thereby Oil Pollution.
For High Speed Elevators, The Roller Guide System is Spring Loaded to make sure that the Ride is Comfortable and vibration Free as the Knicks and Bumps are absorbed by the System and do not travel to the cabin.

Child Safety

Our Controller is Designed and Manufacturing using the Latest Technology and Semiconductors Available. We have made sure that the Controller is Fully Compliant with Global Standards for Elevators and includes all Capabilities and Features to ensure Safety, Reliability and Precise Control to make us a Global Player in this Industry.
Elevator Fitted with I Drive saves about 30% Energy as Compared to an Elevator which does not use VVF Drive. This allows huge Power saving and in turn Cost Saving in Electricity Consumption to the Owner. This also increases the life of the Equipments as there are no Jerks and the Brakes are applied only on Complete Stopping of the Elevator using Dynamic Braking. 'I' Drive also Features multiple safety Functions such as Over Current Protection, Short Circuit Protection, Abnormal Input Voltage Protection.

Hydraulic Buffer Spring

Rated speed up to 2 m/s and impact speed up to 2.6 m/s  Hydraulic buffers are energy dissipation buffers in compliance with standard EN81-1:1998. These are safety components and are supplied by the manufacturer together with the EC conformity declaration, where the compliance to applicable European Directives is declared, together with an EC type examination certificate and instruction booklet. Buffer range includes loads from 500kg to 3000kg for each buffer.
According to the buffer type, the maximum impact speeds are 1.15 m/s, 2.04 m/s and 2.62 m/s. Buffers are provided with maximum and minimum level oil indicator. The hydraulic fluid is oil for hydraulic use in lift systems, such as an oil with 4.6°E at 50°C viscosity.
